Product Description
The surfaces in contact with the dough, the bowl spiral and the knife set are made of stainless steel. In the double-speed spiral kneading machine, water, flour and other additives are mixed homogeneously in the first cycle. In the second cycle, the machine performs the main kneading function. In addition, the machine is capable of automatic and manual operation and operates quietly and smoothly thanks to the belt and pulley system.
Spiral mixers can be easily transported thanks to their movable wheel system and can be fixed to the ground thanks to their fixing feet.
