The surfaces in contact with the bread, front sheet, back sheet and knife set are made of stainless steel. It is also capable of manual operation. It works silently and smoothly.
Bread slicers can be easily transported thanks to their movable wheel system and fixed to the ground thanks to their fixing feet.
